어제 많은분들의 도움을 바탕으로 영작을 완성하였습니다.
제 나름대로는 완성이라고 생각하지만 그래도 고수분들의 눈에는 헛점이 보이지 않을까 싶네요.
어색한 표현이나 말이 안되는것 같은 부분 지적해 주셨으면 합니다.

  Throughout this interview with the small business owner, I learned that what is important to operate business.
  First of all, if you want to start a business, you should stop thinking vaguely and prepare plans that concrete and realistic. You should decide what line of business you would choose, how you would prepare start-up money, how you would operate, and who would be your target customer. In addition, details such as marketing plans and employee management should also be thoroughly planned to succeed in your business.
  Second, service is the most important. The owner emphasizes the importance of service repeatedly. Even though business item is nice, business that doesn’t know the importance of service is hard to succeed. Great service is basis of operating business and it can be big competitive advantage. Always smile, be friendly, try to get what customers want are basis of service. You should make your customers come back again.
  Third, there are several benefits of franchising. It’s nice at marketing. You can get proven business format of operation from franchiser. You can buy lower-cost supplies through the franchiser. To sum up, franchising makes risk minimum.
  This interview gives me lots of information. I can understand about business more realistic than before and I got lots of information that never get when I study the Business. For instance, the textbook doesn’t tell you about the importance of service to make your customers come back again. It will be helpful when I start a business. This time meant a lot to me.

Throughout this interview, I can understand more realistic and what is important to business than before. Also, I learned the importance of service. Especially, I’m impressed about service that makes customers want to come back again. I learned benefits of franchising. This interview gives me a lot of information.
