Titan parts ways with Mouz, joins NWRS

New Russia has been making some serious line-up changes. September saw the addition of three top players including Showtime, Mamoru and Holyhuman. Their most recent acquisition is attracting quite a bit of attention, long-time Mouz member, TitaN, has left his team to join the growing roster of NWRS. The Night Elf player has been a consistent part of the mouz starting line for over a year.

His departure from the team comes at an important juncture for both Mousesports and New Russia. Mouz is currently vying for a playoff spot as Season 12 of the WC3L comes to an end. Titan has started for mouz in 3 of the last 4 playdays and, although his success has varied, this will certainly force the German squad to re-evaluate their current starters. It would not be surprising to see a new addition mouz in the near future in order to fill the gap left by Titan. The team has undergone quite a bit of change over the past few seasons and will need to solidify their roster as the WC3L qualification tournament may be a possibility in their near future.

Mouz’s loss is an important gain for Team New Russia, however, as the addition of Titan means the completion of a very well rounded line-up. A native Russian, Oleg "Titan" Kuptsov will be right at home on his new team and let’s face it, you can never have too much Night Elf. Joining this Russian based team is no surprise as he is an active member of the Russian Warcraft III community and plays for the very successful Team Russia in ESL’s European Nations Championships. As part of the recent group of acquisitions, Titan will no doubt play an intricate role in the future of NWRS. WC3L will soon be holding the qualification tournament for the next season and with their revamped line-up, New Russia will be a serious contender.

With this all-star line-up, stay on the lookout for NWRS in upcoming team play. They are currently gunning for an early lead in NGL2 and we’ll surely see them in the upcoming WC3L qualification tournament.
