sms보단 text나 text message가 나을듯하군요. 사소한 문법적오류가 두루 보이지만 말하기시험용으로 작성하셨을경우는 저정도로만 괜찬은 발음으로 말해도 중간이상의 점수는 받을듯 싶네요.

You only have to pay 20won per easy message. Even extremely long letters can be sending by just 20won. When it needs response, they will call it anyway.
