Last week, My mother sent me on an errand to pick up some broccoli.
지난주 어머니께서 브로콜리를 사오라는 심부름을 시키셨습니다
I went to the market, bought brocoli and returned to home. But mother scolded me for buying not fresh one.
저는 시장에 가서 브로콜리를 사고 집에 돌아왔죠. 그런데 어머니께서는 저를 꾸짖으셨습니다. 제가 덜 싱싱한것을 사왔기때문이죠
Oh my god, how I know what broccoli is fresh one among the numerous broccoli!
그 많은 브로콜리중에 어떤게 싱싱한것인지 제가 어떻게 알겠어요 !!
So today, I would explain to you how to choose the fresh fruits and healthy vegetables.
그래서 오늘 여러분들에게 싱싱한 과일과 신선한 야채를 고르는 방법을 소개해드릴까 합니다
First, Carrots. Fresh carrot has deep color and shining surface. Also, It's body is hard and moist.
먼저 당근입니다! 좋은 당근은 진한 색깔을 가지고 있고 겉에서 윤기가 흐릅니다.  그리고 단단며 수분을 많이 함유하고있죠.
here are two carrots. One is fresh and the other is withered one. Could you guess one that is more fresh?
여기 당근 두개가 있습니다. 하나는 아주 싱싱한놈이고 다른하나는 덜 싱싱한 것입니다.둘중에 더 싱싱한녀석을 고를 수 있으시겠나요??

두번째로 귤입니다! 여러분 귤 좋아하시나요?
If you want to choose good tangerine, follow this three tips. 넘버원- middle sized and well shaped.
좋은 귤을 고르기 위해서 다음의 세가지만 따르세요. 첫번째로 중간정도 크기의 모양이 고른 녀석.
넘버투- tangerine with thin skin is more likely to delicious.
두번째로 껍질이 얇은 귤이 더 맛있습니다.
넘버쓰리 -Too  glossy tangerine is not good. It may received chemical treatment.
세번째, 너무 윤기가 나는 귤은 오히려 좋지 않습니다. 화학약품때문일 가능성이 높거든요.
Last, brocoli!!! Fresh brocoli has three features. Deep green color, Chubby body, hard and regular shaped bud.
마지막으로 브로콜리입니다!! 신선한 브로콜리는 세가지 특징을 가지고 있습니다. 진한 초록색에, 통통하고, 단단하며 봉오리 크기도 일정합니다.

화면을 보시면 시들어가는 브로콜리의 사진이 있습니다. 색깔도 연하고 모양도 일정하지 않죠!

Vegetable contains abundant nutritions, prevents you from getting diseases like depression or cancer.
야채는 풍부한 영양소를 함유하고있고 우울증이나 암과 같은 질병도 예방해줍니다.
