Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with GTA Online. We’d like to perform a rollback on your GTA Online save migration, so you can try transferring your GTA Online data to the new platform again. This process may resolve the issue but has a few effects to be aware of.
Performing a migration rollback will result in loss of any progress that has been obtained since the initial transfer, both on the platform you transferred from, and the platform you transferred to. Your GTA Online data on both platforms would be restored to the state they were before you transferred.
If you agree to these terms and would like to attempt this step, please respond to confirm that you agree to the terms of the migration rollback and provide:
"Platform you transferred from (Xbox
360, Xbox One, PS3, or PS4)
Gamertag/PSN ID on your original platform
Platform you transferred to (Xbox One, PS4, or PC)
Gamertag/PSN ID/Social Club Nickname on the platform you transferred to
When the confirmation is received, we will move forward with the rollback."
After you confirm, please do not play GTA Online again until we have contacted you again to confirm the rollback. Any progress you make in the meantime would be lost, and we are unable to perform a rollback if you are currently playing GTA Online.

제가 따옴표로 표시한 부분이 이해가 되지 않네요;
정확히는 뭘 어떻게 답변을 해야하는 지 모르겠습니다. (따옴표 부분에 대한..)
아시는 분은 아시겠지만, 5월중에 제가 GTA 온라인 캐릭터를 삽질해서 날린 것에 대해 롤백을 요구하는 중인데,
오늘에서야 요렇게 메일이 왔습니다. (한 달하고 15일 넘게 걸린게 함정)
