Apple AirPlay2, Android Mirring 지원이 되니 스마트폰으로 재생하면 되지 않을까요? 넷플 회원등급을 모르겠습니다만 오프라인 다운로드도 지원되는 등급이면 오프라인으로 다운로드 받아두고 하면 스마트폰 데이터 걱정도 안 해도 되구요.

(수정됨) 생각해보니 말씀하신데로 연결할 때, 같은 네트워크 구성에 있어야 하니 집에 남는 AP가 있다면 거기에 2개의 기기를 Wi-Fi 연결하면 될 것 같습니다. (Internet 연결은 필요 없음)
추가로 생각해보니 Personal Hotspot을 iPhone이나 Android phone에서 켜면 그것데로 될 것 같습니다. Yes, you can use a personal hotspot on your iPhone or iPad to enable AirPlay, but it's not recommended for all cases.
